Both are your traditional blog journal style rather than information sources or news stories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The first is called &lt;a href="http://www.seventyleft.com/"&gt;Seventy Left&lt;/a&gt; (see feeds list below). The author, Euge found the Atkins Nutritional Approach in 2004 at the heady weight of 455 pounds, and he has been flirting with having lost a full 200 pounds for over a year. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The second new blog feed is &lt;a href="http://twofatgits.blogspot.com/"&gt;WeightAndSee&lt;/a&gt;. Nina and Michael are trying to lose about a quarter of a ton of weight between them. All while coping with a new marriage, lifestyle change to low carb/paleo, and a change of country (for Michael). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This month, I have been traveling extensively. I worked a few days in Nashville and three weeks in France. I brought my family to France with me. So, during the day I worked and during the evenings I was a tour guide. Changing my diet from whole grain-based and low-fat has, in addition to helping me shed extra poundage, vastly improved my physical and mental health. I believe our current nutritional and dietary information is hopelessly outdated and flawed, and has led many of us, through poor health and obesity, to both fear and loathe food, our bodies and ourselves. And that, like, totally sucks. It works well as a flour replacement but has a funky soy taste that I consider too overpowering for most recipes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?pid=153-0136&amp;amp;aid=2649"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Xanthan gum&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; - Seems to work good making cookies chewie and not crumbly. Some people use to thicken liquids. I'm still experimenting with this ingredient.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?pid=136-0009&amp;amp;aid=2649"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Splenda Quick Pack&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; - one packet = 1 cup of sugar. This form of splenda does not contain fillers and therefore is much lower in carbs than granular splenda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www23.netrition.com/cgi/prices.cgi?manu_id=121&amp;amp;aid=2649"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Da Vinci Syrups&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; - the low carb syrups offer a wide variety of flavors. Updates</title><content type='html'>Today, I went through my monthly clean-up.  Any blogs that had no posts over the last month have been dropped down to the bottom of this list. It is by Vickie, the author of the Kickin' Carb Clutter blog.  I don't fully understand why the new blog. She had been posting occasional comments on my blog.  I had previously looked at her blogger profile but didn't see any blogs listed on it.  Well, I thought that if she had youtube clips that she probably had posted other stuff somewhere on the internet and did a search.  And, that is how I discovered the &lt;a href="http://oh2bfit.blogspot.com/"&gt;Oh.2.B.Fit&lt;/a&gt; blog this afternoon.  I haven't had a chance to read very much, but the blog looks wonderful.  There are so many delicious looking low-carb recipes on there. She is calling it &lt;a href="http://lowcarb-freedom-of-speech.blogspot.com/"&gt;Low Carb Freedom of Speech&lt;/a&gt;. This would be one blog where anyone can post their own articles. I think her intent is to discuss topics that other sites have censored but I suspect the blog will likely expand it's scope. Regardless, it's worth keeping an eye on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It got me thinking in general about multi-author blogs. I think it might be nice to create a more general low carb blog and allow numerous authors. This would be a bit less personal but would allow for a wider variety of articles. It would also take the pressure off of individuals to keep their own blog current. The problem occurs when you visit this page more frequently than I post or modify this blogger site.  As a fix it on your end, do the following. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;From the menu bar, select "Tools" then "Internet Options.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click the "General" tab at the top.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Under the "Browsing History" section, click on the button "Settings".&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Under "Check for newer version of stored web pages", click the radial button beside "Every time I visit the web page".  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click "OK" then "OK" again.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;If anyone knows an easier fix, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;preferably&lt;/span&gt; one that doesn't require changing users' browser settings, please let me know. If this site is visited frequently, it may not always refresh the most recent posts.  I was told that holding shift and clicking refresh would work but it doesn't seem to.
