Posting new blogs

I've been wanting to post new blog feeds but have been too busy lately. I've been working long hours and traveling quite a bit. I thought that I had two weeks off for Christmas but had to travel to go to a funeral. I'll be in Mexico next week, Indiana the next, and Nashville the next. I'm hoping that the following week I'll get time to add some more. So, if you sent me a blog to include, please be patient. I'll get to it as soon as I can.

When you return, here's an interesting blog you might want to add to your blog feeds:

Check it out, let me know what you think!

So I will try again. Hi, my name is Bren and I am new to the world of blogging, but not to the world of lowcarbing. I took a long hiatus from lowcarbing and am now paying for it, with all the weight returning. I am jumping back on the lowcarb wagon- for good this time, I hope.
I would like to be added to your blog feeds. My blog is http://irishbren.blogspot.com/
I hope you have enjoyed your trip and I look forward to seeing the pics.
Take care,
Bren

I have created a cooking system to help keep healthy low carb food always ready or minutes away in the home kitchen. It only takes a little planning and a few hours of prep on the weekend to prevent those diet disasters! Check out my blog to see the plan in action.

Might be helpful for people looking for ideas on what and how to cook low carb.

Thank you.

LCB, many of the blogs you have are the same ones I follow too.

This is my blog on a highly ketogenic, unconventional sort of very-low-carb diet I follow. It is an account of personal experience and includes plenty of references to studies.
